We are currently seeking a Loan Disbursement Specialist to join our Construction Disbursements Team located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Construction Disbursement Administration (CDA) group is responsible for managing roughly 200 commercial construction projects simultaneously. We work with multiple departments around the Bancorp to ensure that construction is progressing properly and all agreements within the loan documentation are being followed by all parties. We have currently switched to a new construction monitoring system and are working to streamline and improve our processes in all aspects of construction monitoring. The Salt Lake City group works closely with one another and we maintain a collaborative mentality when monitoring the construction loans assigned to us. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and jump in with both feet into our team and help us maintain our high standards of service within the department.
The Disbursement Specialist will:
* Review, analyze and process customer loan draws for commercial and residential construction projects, loan fund disbursements, equity draws, etc., including review of invoices, lien waivers, and budget.
* Prepare payoff quotes, credit bids, default letters and loan modifications.
* Schedule and direct pre-construction discussion with Borrower, Builder, and RM when requested.
* Administer participation loans, coordinate with participating/lead bank(s).
* Order, input, and review inspection reports.
* Updates and maintains various reports and ticklers for loan maintenance.
* Assists with and may serve as liaison with lenders, loan administration, and outside vendors.
* Monitor and may process interest rate changes.

Requirements:
* Some experience with commercial, construction or loan servicing process and procedures, loan documentation or processing or other directly related experience.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR
* High School diploma or GED; Associate's degree or equivalent education from two-year college or technical school preferred.
* Three or more years of mortgage processing experience. Expertise in conventional, government, and construction loan guidelines and required documentation of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Government investors.
* Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Pima Animal Care Center is looking to add multiple Animal Protection Officers to their team. Our officers focus their attention on public safety while also offering education, resources, and support to pet owners when appropriate. Minimum Qualifications:

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open accounts.
Prepare an initial fee worksheet.
Establish and maintain filing and record keeping procedures.
Set up ACH/Auto transfer file maintenance.
Provide any necessary assistance through production and underwriting process.
Complete CUBG service and document request forms, SBA 1919 forms and 4506C forms.
Prepare and fax payoff quotes, close credit lines per member request, post payoff checks.
Audit all funded Commercial loans.
Send miscellaneous documents via AdobeSign (member apps, auto transfer forms).
Attend Commercial lending training sessions.
Assist with audits/exams.
Assist with project testing, training and support.
Gain and retain a high-level knowledge of all TFCU products, policies and procedures.
Adhere to TFCU's attendance and punctuality policy.
Maintain a professional businesslike appearance in accordance with TFCU's dress code policy.
Engage in behavior that aligns with the credit union's cultural beliefs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of financial institution experience required.
One (1) year business servicing experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Ability to gain and retain a familiarity of Lending policies and procedures.
Outstanding time management skills. Ability to prioritize workflow and accurately complete multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite of software including Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and researching abilities to service accounts.
Ability to exercise judgment and initiative in dealing with members and member complaints.
Availability: Monday through Friday as scheduled.

POSITION SUMMARY
Enhances the quality of life for our members by embracing the organization's mission and core values. This frontline, member-facing position will provide an industry leading member service experience. Provides consultative conversations and sound financial advice for our members through the development and expansion of new and existing relationships. This universal sales position supports opening of consumer and business new accounts, account maintenance and consumer personal and home equity loan applications and funding. All duties will primarily be performed at the individuals home branch. However, they must also be prepared to provide onsite support to other branch locations as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales and Service - Consistently demonstrates behaviors that reflect the mission, core values and service standards of the Credit Union. Meets or exceeds sales and production objectives by handling member requests, identifying needs and making recommendations. Responsible for application processing, funding of consumer loans including personal, credit cards, auto, and home equity, as well as submitting qualified department referrals. Solicits a variety of peace-of-mind ancillary products associated with loans. Accurately completes loan and title documents. Participates in outbound calling campaigns as needed.
* New Account and Member Maintenance - Opens, maintains, and closes a wide variety of membership accounts such as: savings, checking, certificate, and retirement accounts. Opens specialty accounts such as Business, Trust and Estate. Provides members and team members with proactive and timely follow up. Assists members with a wide range of services such as online banking, direct deposit, automatic transfers, and account maintenance. Assists members through digital channels such as phone, and email, ensuring professional communication through all channels. Encourages adoption of digital services. Completes teller transactions as needed.
* Resource and Branch Support - Provides subject matter expert resources to branch team and acts as a lead in the absence of a manager to de-escalate member concerns. Uses good judgment to provide overrides within permission authority. Ensures compliance and security protocols are adhered to and keeps manager apprised of concerns. Demonstrates knowledge retention of policy and procedures. Completes auditing, cash ordering and vault related responsibilities as assigned. Completes teller transactions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: A high school diploma or G.E.D.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3-5 years of lending experience in a financial institution required. Ability to work shifts between the hours of Monday - Saturday 8am to 6pm. NMLS required. Bilingual preferred.
