This is what your day will look like: Review, analyze and process loan draws for commercial construction projects; evaluate property inspection reports, invoices, lien waivers, and construction budgets to assure they support the amount of funding requested. What you need to bring to the table: 2+ years' experience with commercial real estate loan servicing processes, management of construction loans, loan documentation or other directly related experience. Good knowledge of loan management processes, financial institution standards and loan documentation. Must be accurate, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Must have good problem solving, writing and customer service skills. Good time management. organizational skills, and able to work with deadlines. Good communication and relationship building skills. Solid technical and math skills, especially Excel. Must be comfortable reading and understanding budgets. High School Degree or Equivalent.
