Position Summary
The Marketplace Logistics Manager will play a key role in building and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors that utilize SHEIN's platform to deliver products. Job Responsibilities
Logistics Partner Management
Build, manage, and develop relationships with 3PLs that utilize SHEIN's vendor services to support marketplace operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners, evaluating service quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time deliveries.
Provide guidance and education to logistics partners and 3PLs on U.S. transportation compliance standards and regulations.
Fulfillment Solution Development
Partner with the seller business development team to identify and implement efficient logistics solutions tailored for marketplace operations.
Optimize logistics and shipping models to minimize fulfillment costs for merchants while ensuring service quality and timeliness.
Performance Optimization and Issue Management
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and resolve logistics performance challenges, such as delays and quality issues.
Develop and execute improvement strategies to enhance fulfillment performance and improve the customer experience.
Monitoring and Analytics
Work closely with the data team to develop logistics monitoring systems, dashboards, and performance scorecards for tracking partner and platform-level efficiency.
Conduct regular business and performance reviews with logistics vendors, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Creating Merchant Fulfillment Standards
Work collaboratively with the Merchant Management and Governance teams to establish clear and standardized fulfillment and delivery criteria for all merchants and vendors.
Mitigate risks related to pickup and transportation by establishing and enforcing operational protocols and clearly defined expectations for logistics vendors and merchants.
System Optimization (TMS)
Partner with the Transport Management System (TMS) Product Manager team to continuously enhance and adapt TMS capabilities to meet the evolving logistics needs of the marketplace.
Ensure the system effectively supports order allocation, seamless information flow, and transparency in logistics data across the platform.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
6+ years of proven experience in logistics vendor management, logistics operations, or logistics procurement. Prior experience in developing and managing marketplace or e-commerce logistics solutions is highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing logistics data and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into impactful, actionable outcomes.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams.

Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports NPI's supply chain by performing both purchasing and production planning activities. This role is responsible for procuring materials and services, managing supplier communication, monitoring inventory levels, and developing production and material plans that ensure on-time product availability. **Summary/General Description Of Job:** The incumbent is responsible for efficiently managing and optimizing fuel resources to ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance with environmental regulations, and optimal operational performance. This role involves monitoring fuel consumption, implementing conservation strategies, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational fuel efficiency goals and support of the DRMO processes.
**Essential Duties & Job Functions:**
§ Performs base-level fuels accounting and ensures students can perform mission critical duties associated with day-to-day inventory management of DLA Energy Fuel account.
§ Order and Receive Fuel
§ Performs tasks which require mainly physical abilities and effort involving handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
§ The following tasks are typical of this occupation: removes, packages, labels and transports petroleum by products.
§ May be required to operate machinery such as forklifts and light duty trucks.
§ Fuel consumption monitoring
§ Fuel Inventory Management
§ Adhere to established Company Safety Policies and Mandated Environmental Compliance
§ Implement needed Technology for Fuel and/or DRMO tracking purposes.

- Ballance ledgers monthly and complete all Determines in compliance with DLA policy.
- Process all tuck sales daily and verify accuracy of sales, maintain truck fuel levels daily in operate.
- Manage, update, and distribute all EPOS QR codes for NBK and NAVMAG II and answer questions regarding new and current codes in accordance with DLA policy.
- Work with RO (responsible officer) daily to complete a required paperwork needing signing authority, in compliance with DLA policy.
- Completing all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
- Must maintain current certification in **Base Level Defense Fuels Management Course (DLA Energy-OF-J-03)** Certification as Primary Fuels Accountant, Records Keeper, and Terminal Manager .
- Timely and cost-effective performance of duties.
- Timely completion and accuracy of all departmental work.
- Dealing with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Adherence to established company safety policies and good industrial and office safety practices.
- Communicate with customers for DRMO scheduling and pickup.
- Inventory items and work with warehouse to palletize items if needed.
- Work with transportation team to process spec sheets for vehicles that require DRMO .
- Process DRMO required forms, for example SF120s and 1348s in ETIDs.
- Work with Transportation to arrange transport of items to JBLM for DRMO.
- Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and Personnel policies and procedures.
**Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations):**
**Mandatory**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fuel management.
- Successful completion of DLA required courses to fulfill this position, must enroll in course within 30 days of hire and complete and pass course within 90 days of hire. Company will pay for trainings or recertifications for DLA required Fuel courses, including Terminal Manager Training to include time required to complete training and travel (if required and approved) in accordance with Company Policies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and fuel conservation best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with fuel management software and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work such as standing, stooping or kneeling and/or wearing complete containment suits for extended periods of time.
- Must meet and maintain company physical requirements including respirator qualification and annual medical exam.
- Having the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid state issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully pass any security clearance requirements, background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
