What You'll Do: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing activities. Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies aimed at cost reduction, improved efficiency, and timely delivery. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered). Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is preferred due to international communication. 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $65k -$100k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
