Supervise daily swim time in a hands-on manner from within the water (lifeguard certification not required)

Work with the club to produce a roster of campers enrolled in club-provided programming
Check-in with parents daily regarding their camper's scheduled private lesson or junior programming sessions, to ensure schedule is always accurate in the event of last-minute changes
Develop logistical plan for getting camper to and from on-site club provided programming throughout the day in a safe, efficient manner
Complete necessary paperwork documenting camper transference throughout the day
Complete other duties, as assigned
Our camp is located at North Shore Country Club in Mequon, WI. Camp will run Monday-Friday from June 15 through July 31 - staff members must be available to work the full camp season.

Job Purpose
The Industrial Logistics Intern will be responsible for supporting the logistics operations teams with analysis, data, and solutions to optimize material flows and system environments within CNH manufacturing facilities. Qualifications:

• Strongly prefer a 4-year or 2-year degree, but high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Would be willing to consider recent grads with a relevant degree and at least relevant internship experience, but would prefer 1+ years of experience for recent 4-year grads.
• Team is relatively new and is expected to grow and expand.
• This individual will be exposed to a wide variety of projects as a result of the recent expansions at this facility and the team being so new, so manager is looking for candidates who are driven and willing to learn.

Primary Responsibilities

Six Sigma/LEAN experience, preferably in a distribution/warehouse/logistics center environment.
Experience implementing LEAN a plus.
Analytical skills to include problem identification and resolution.
Extensive knowledge of scheduling & pull systems (Kanban, sequence management, packaging, supermarket, product flow, etc.).
Ability to apply resourcefulness and creativity to solve space problems and department activities (Pick-pack-ship, custom packaging, storage of spare parts, increase productivity, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
