A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Drive Reliability Strategy - Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and manage the maintenance parts budget effectively. Plan & Execute Maintenance - Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using root cause analysis and advanced CMMS tools. Champion Safety Excellence - Strengthen site-wide safety programs and set consistent benchmarks for compliance and protection. Develop High-Performing Teams - Manage supervisors, skilled trades, and support staff while driving training and capability building. Leverage Technology - Utilize modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D printing is a plus. We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in plant maintenance or reliability leadership Expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance budgeting Proven success implementing TPM, RCM, FMEA, and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies Experience managing large teams of salaried and hourly employees Strong track record in developing and sustaining safety programs Compensation The annual salary range is $109,280 - $143,430, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
