We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve

Obtain record on work ticket and communicate to vendor an appropriate purchase order number when purchasing job-related parts and supplies.

Job Overview
We are searching for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to work in a clean 10 bay facility that has been family owned and operated for over 45 years. Qualified candidates should have a strong automotive background and be able to quickly & accurately diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles, with a heavy emphasis on driveability/electrical repair.
What youll do
Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, and alignment to keep vehicles in top condition.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
Collaborate with team members to estimate repair costs and communicate findings clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
Experience
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong background in driveability & electrical repair
Familiarity with using diagnostic equipment to solve computer & driveability issues is a plus.
Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, air brakes, schematics, shocks & struts, and wiring techniques.
Excellent attendance, team oriented & flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Strong ability to repair and diagnose Domestic, Asian, and European cars and trucks
