Responsibilities Advance strategic, integrated marketing communications campaign efforts for a high-growth strategic business unit and/or corporate communications programs on behalf of the department. The senior specialist will manage strategic initiatives, coaching junior staff, and supporting department leadership to advance M.C. Dean's marketing maturity both within the department and with operational stakeholders. The marketing and communications department operates in a highly-collaborative structure that requires each of us to support other members of the team responsible for driving high-priority initiatives. The senior specialist will be regularly called upon to lead key programs and initiatives as well as support projects led by other members of the team. **Corporate Marketing & Sales Enablement:** + **Integrated Marketing Campaigns:** Work with the vice president to formulate and implement market-specific, omni-channel (earned, owned, shared and paid) marketing and communications campaigns.
