This role ensures products are handled, filled, labeled, and packaged according to company standards. The Production Operator helps maintain an efficient workflow by preparing materials, operating basic production equipment, and following established procedures. A successful team member maintains a clean and safe work environment, pays attention to detail, and supports the production line to ensure accurate and timely order completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the operation of bottling or finishing equipment as directed by the Supervisor. Set up production lines with the correct materials, packaging, and supplies. Load bottles, caps, labels, or packaging materials onto the line as needed. Inspect products for correct labeling, proper fill, and overall quality. Ensure each product meets company standards before packing or moving to the next stage. Follow established line procedures to maintain a consistent and efficient workflow. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from obstructions. Remove any defective materials or products and report concerns to the Supervisor. Support line changeovers by preparing materials and helping set up the next production run. Follow all safety rules, operational procedures, and company policies. Assist teammates and collaborate with other departments as assigned.
