Position Purpose:
Under direct supervision, responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment facility.

Conducts routine testing of water as directed, records test results and maintains the plant log book with accurate and timely entries of activities.
Maintaining the facility treatment units to include settlementation basin, filters, sampling equipment, and pumps. Identify and report the need for repairs to water treatment plant equipment such as pumps, valves, motors, blowers, and chemical feed equipment.
Monitors all charts, gauges and other operating equipment and maintains calibration of plant Instrumentation and on-line analyzers according to the frequency specified by permitting agencies and/or the manufacturer. Assists with repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.

Performs basic filling and packaging functions, and formulations as required, in support of Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry and Critical Care product lines; uses automated and manual methods in accordance with established Quality standards and cGMP's.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the setup and operation of filling, labeling, capping and packaging equipment. Responsible for the routine preventive maintenance, general troubleshooting, and general cleanliness of filling, labeling, capping, lyophilization and packaging equipment.
Maintains all production areas in a clean and orderly manner which is consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Completes work orders in an accurate, complete and detailed manner.
Performs all duties assigned in safe manner consistent with Company safety policies.
Performs other duties as required.
Completes all required records, reports, logs, documentation, etc., in an accurate and detailed manner.
Maintains quality standards and maintains production pace.
Immediately notifies team leaders or senior filling I packaging personnel of all anomalies and requests assistance whenever production or quality issues arise.

Qualifications
Min Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
High School diploma or equivalent with two years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

The hourly wage range Werfen reasonably expects to pay for the position is $20 to $23. Compensation is reasonably based upon multiple factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and specific needs of the business.
