Education and Experience:
3+ years of apparel production professional work experience in a SKU intensive environment, required
College degree, or equivalent professional work experience, required

Advanced MS Excel skills: data manipulation, pivot tables, v-lookup
Experience using AS400, an asset; open to learn and use the AS400 system, required

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and follow the production schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Fills batches according to the instructions on the batch tickets and according to the supervisor's direction and priority.
* Sets up all filling equipment needed for the job. This includes but is not limited to filling heads, tapers, heat sealers and cappers. Checking the packaging sheet for each job to ensure the correct caps, bottles, inserts, etc. are being used.
* Programs the instrument to fill to the correct fill heights based on the package size.
* Maintains production and time records, as required on batch ticket as well as performing inventory transactions via a handheld scanning device.
* Cleans kettles and filling equipment when jobs are finished.
* Making sure all people on the line are working together, following proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and double-checking caps, lot numbers, BOM (Bill of Materials), etc.
* May be required to fill large package sizes (tote, Barrel, pails, etc.) via use of pump and filling wand, requiring the use of scales and volume gauges as necessary.

Manual Machine Operator 3 (Machine Shop)

**Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalency. + 3 years machine shop experience + Ability and willingness to use basic hand tools and measuring devices (i.e. - dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges, etc.) as required within department.
+ Intermediate mathematical calculations involving decimals, ratios, etc.
+ Intermediate understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation
+ Prior working knowledge of machine shop operations.
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**
+ Plan sequence of operations to produce part(s).
+ Set up and operate all manual equipment. (i.e. - lathes, drill presses, milling machines, grinders, hand tools to fabricate parts and tools, etc.)
+ Set up and operate CNC lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM.
+ Perform duties on complex prototypes or first-time builds.
+ Compliantly troubleshoots tools, fixtures, and equipment as necessary
+ Ensure speeds, feeds, and tooling is correct for material being processed.
+ Perform job responsibilities according to internal process specifications and third-party requirements
+ Frequent interaction with internal and/or external customers and support functions (i.e. - Planners, Engineering) outside of home department.
+ Report problems to appropriate resource and/or Coach.
+ Proactively work to improve efficiency and quality of products.
+ Participate in and support team initiatives.
+ Utilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety procedures per position requirements.
