Jeff Shoreman is a Chief Executive Officer at Magnitude Software. He has worked as Chief Technology Officer at EZE CASTLE SOFTWARE, Senior Consultant at EZE CASTLE SOFTWARE, and President/CEO at Eze Software Group. Jeff works or has worked as BOARD MEMBER at Ecs Charity Fund Corporation. He studied at DARTMOUTH COLLEGE.

Simon brings a 20-year track record of success in marketing and positioning enterprise technology solutions. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and CMO for Cyxtera Technologies, where he directed the brand development, marketing strategy and launch of a business formed in 2017 from the $2.8 billion, five-way acquisition of a global data center footprint and four cybersecurity software companies. Simon was formerly CMO of enterprise-class cloud provider Virtustream, now part of Dell Technologies, and for SoftLayer, where he directed a brand repositioning that established the company as a global cloud infrastructure leader. He was previously CMO for Terremark.

Simon received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Arlington. A native of the United Kingdom, Simon now resides in Texas with his family.

Christian has more than 20 years of broad experience across multiple technology sectors managing the full spectrum of legal matters at growth-stage, mid-market and large cap companies. He brings entrepreneurial energy and passion for innovation in driving operational excellence and has received industry accolades for his achievements as a legal and business executive. Christian holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Boston University College of Arts & Sciences and received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law.

Kim has more than 20 years of experience leading people functions in growth-oriented technology companies. A seasoned change agent, relationship builder, and innovator who delivers results while working collaboratively, she is passionate about engaging people and organizations to drive performance outcomes.

Previously, Kim led the global human resources strategy for Bullhorn as its Chief People Officer. She grew the company from 250 to 1,200 employees, integrated eight acquisitions, developed an incredible employee culture and built out a successful leadership organization. Prior to Bullhorn, Kim held leadership positions at Harvard University and E Ink Corporation, where she was a driver of human-centered initiatives that led to organizational successes.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She resides outside of Boston, MA.
