Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Location: Marietta, OK Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities MIG Welding: Perform high-quality MIG welds on steel components. Metal Cutting: Use a torch to cut metal according to specific project requirements. Fabrication: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure all projects meet exact specifications. Shop Math: Utilize basic shop math to calculate dimensions and material needs. Position Requirements Experience: Previous experience with MIG welding and torch cutting. Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and applying shop math. Equipment: You must provide your own welding hood. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Environment: Comfortable working in a mixed indoor/outdoor environment with exposure to heat and cold. Safety: Strict adherence to safety protocols is required. Steel-toe boots are mandatory. Qualifications & Compliance Education: Some High School education preferred. Language: Must be proficient in English. Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
