Material handlers with assembly experience.

Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
Prioritize work orders and emergency repairs based on equipment criticality and operational needs.
Document project activities and prepare appropriate operating standards and/or maintenance procedures for all equipment and processes.
Document all maintenance related activities and detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials and questionable conditions to proper supervision.
Responsible for compliance with all OSHA, GMP's, company safety, health, environmental and quality policies.
Complete documentation process for machinery usage, prevented/corrected equipment maintenance and purchases by using CMMS software
Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies.
Maintain work area(s) and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity and exposure to dust, food allergens and gas.
Must be able to work in a heat/system and cold environment and perform manual labor.

Complete all packing operations for customized apparel, accessories, and gloves using AGS and KPack systems.
+ **Unpack & Verify Orders**
+ Unpack apparel and accessories, verifying product, quantities, and sizes match the customer order.
+ Print shop traveler and highlight special instructions.
+ Ensure special labels are included with the order.
+ **Material Movement**
+ Move totes from unpack station to embroidery cells and from embroidery/glove cells to KPack station.
+ **Packing Orders**
+ Pack apparel, accessories, and glove orders using AGS & KPack systems by scanning pieces and adding to boxes.
+ Print packing lists and carton content labels; apply labels to appropriate cartons.
