- Achieve assigned financial metrics via sales of Life Science capital equipment while managing time, travel, and investments in territory.
- Interact daily and effectively with Customers by phone, email, and in-person to handle commercial requests, technical inquiries, and product-related complaints.
- Work closely with Customer Operations, Applications Management, and Field Service teams to ensure equipment is quoted, delivered, installed, and demonstrated correctly and on schedule with no erosion of margin.
- Communicate Customer concerns, industry trends, and competitive activity across different business units and functions.
- Maintain an accurate monthly sales forecast accompanied by feedback to sales management to support projections.
- Periodically organize and/or attend relevant trade shows and professional development seminars.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as they are periodically assigned in compliance with the spirit and letter of laws, government regulations, and company policies while demonstrating the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- 3-5 years’ sales experience consistently exceeding sales goal
- Prior Scientific capital-related sales experience is preferred.
- Successful history of selling new products, increasing product utilization and protecting existing market share position
- Ability to travel as necessary (overnight)
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Your targeted annual compensation is $180-200K and is uncapped.
