Job Summary: Reviews ingredients contents list and specific batch instruction to ensure accuracy and consistency, before production process. Operates food processing equipment, including but not limited to mixers, sieves and steam kettles adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Essential Functions:
Operates ALL site food processing equipment, including but not limited to mixers, sieves and steam kettles.
Packages finished product.
Tests and records in process verification checks of finished products as necessary.
Completes daily documentation of batches with comprehensive understanding of the data and its impact to the operation

Assemble and solder low-voltage LED products
Read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and BOMs
Inspect and package finished goods
Receive, stock, and stage raw materials
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Perform inventory checks and notify leadership of low stock
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Adhere to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
Experience with soldering
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Kittyhawk is a company that is growing with locations in Garden Grove - CA, Canby - OR, and Albany - OR. We operate some of the world's largest state-of-the-art Hot Isostatic Presses. We are processing parts for the Aerospace, Medical, Energy, Defense, and Firearms industries.
Our production team needs the support of a detailed, energetic and eager person. This is a great opportunity for someone that likes a changing environment and can navigate the fast paced and slower paced times. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and juggle several responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid team background and related position experience. They will embrace the need to be detailed, thorough and thoughtful in handling multiple job tasks.
Position Responsibilities
Using the correct tools for the job as trained
Handling loadings
Attention to detail
Ability to record information and check for accuracy
Keep working area clean, orderly, and safe at all times
Maintains facilities equipment
Maintains production equipment
Inventory equipment supplies
Receive, store, load, unload, pack and ship customer product according to documented procedures
Perform visual inspection of parts and packaging
Maintain safe working practices according to Kittyhawk Products Safety Manual
Report to supervisor; Injuries to self/others, quality issues affecting customer product, and violations to company policy
Please note, we are a small company and individuals may cross train to work in production, shipping, and maintenance areas as company needs require.
This is a SWING SHIFT POSITION. POSITION MAY ALSO BE USED AS BACK UP DRIVER

Required Qualifications and Experience
