Equipment includes, but is not limited to, wrapping machines, natural gas fired furnaces, gas fryers, dough mixers, batching and scaling systems, boilers, freezers and Conveyor systems etc. * Supervise/Perform routine set-up and maintenance work as required. * Maintain Preventative maintenance schedules. * Validate that Preventative maintenance functions have been completed timely and correctly.
