Education/Experience & Skills: • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. • Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD system. • Good working knowledge of materials and heat-treating processes. • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). • Must be organized, able to work in a team, plan, and execute multiple projects. • Written and verbal communication of complicated subjects is required. • Must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Must have strong analytical skills, basic manufacturing process knowledge, and basic project management skills.
