Job Description Responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials in accordance with all Company policies and standards of operation. The General labor position requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. This position is outside. Revisar, validar y aprobar las horas trabajadas del equipo. Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua y proyectos operativos. Colaborar con operaciones, logística y calidad para mantener un flujo eficiente. Servir como enlace de comunicación entre producción y áreas administrativas. Dividir el tiempo entre el piso de producción y oficina. Calificaciones Bilingüe inglés-español (indispensable). Al menos 1 año de experiencia en manufactura (requerido). Dominio de SAP (requerido). Experiencia en logística, inventarios o flujo de materiales (altamente deseable) Carrera técnica o profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o relacionada, o 5 años de experiencia técnica en áreas mecánicas/eléctricas. Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para trabajar sentado y de pie durante la jornada. Capacidad de trasladarse de forma confiable de lunes a viernes. Conocimientos Deseables Nociones de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o Ingeniería Eléctrica. Entendimiento de optimización de procesos y flujos de trabajo.
