Who will you be working with? At Schaefer Equipment, you will work independently or as part of a team to produce high‑quality workpieces. This role involves operating a variety of industrial machines-including hammers, presses, upsetters, bulldozers, shears, drills, and grinders-to complete assigned tasks. You will perform multiple duties throughout the manufacturing process to ensure parts are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. How will you make a difference? **Who will you be working with?** At Schaefer Equipment, you will work independently or as part of a team to produce high‑quality workpieces. This role involves operating a variety of industrial machines-including hammers, presses, upsetters, bulldozers, shears, drills, and grinders-to complete assigned tasks. You will perform multiple duties throughout the manufacturing process to ensure parts are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of Schaefer Equipment, you will be responsible for operating a variety of assigned machines to produce parts according to established specifications and engineering drawings. This role requires reviewing and interpreting blueprints for parts and/or dies to ensure all components are manufactured within quality standards. You will verify that machined workpieces meet required specifications and may be asked to support special projects.
