This role combines comprehensive inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished composite decking products with data-driven analysis to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include auditing quality processes, maintaining documentation and calibrations, and communicating issues to support timely resolution. By identifying process improvement opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally, the technician helps ensure product reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 12.5 hour shifts available; A shift; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday 6:30am to 7:00pm C shift Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 6:30am to 7:00pm Starting Wage DOE and Qualification is $24.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Technical Knowledge The individual in this role must have a thorough understanding of quality control including: Measurement and test equipment use and calibrations including hand tools, gauges, optical tools, balances, color meters, and force measuring instruments.
