OFS Facility Operations | Valve & Surface Pressure Control Equipment
Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work in Longview facility. Production personnel will be tasked with inspection, rebuild, and maintenance of frac valve and other surface pressure control inventory and associated equipment. Production personnel may, at times, be required to perform field-related tasks including, but not limited to, the rigging up / down of equipment, function testing, pressure testing, component alterations, etc.
Working background with valve and other wellhead / surface pressure control equipment is required.
The Senior Production Technician position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.

**Role Synopsis:** We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable individual with a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on, field-based work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in the Permian business unit with other teams to troubleshoot static mechanical equipment: Piping, Separators, Valves, Storage Tanks, Chemical Pumps, Instrument Air Compressors and Flare Systems. The technician will take a systematic approach to reliability activities, both preventative and corrective, and will work to track and eliminate repeat failures. The technician will work with operations and central teams as well as with other business units to recommend upgrades for existing systems to improve reliability and to enhance capabilities. Working with facilities engineers, they will need to drive root cause failure analysis associated with the process equipment and kit integrity for the asset.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns and participate in RCFA investigations to determine root cause.
+ Perform field wide flare monitoring and repair flare systems. Perform field wide tank pressure monitoring and repair of upset conditions to mitigate GHG emissions.
+ Single point of accountability for defect identification, validation, and corrective action execution associated with Permian LDAR program and supplemental survey mechanisms including fixed wing quantification flights and continuous monitoring.
+ Perform preventative maintenance as driven by the work management system and provide quality detail and feedback to work completed and discovered.
+ Perform corrective maintenance using higher order skills including trouble shooting, analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, diagnostic and reasoning ability.

Follow all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures
To ensure that product that is being produced is good quality following the guidelines set down by the Quality Control Department.
To keep their workstations and surrounding areas clean, neat and organized.
Be able to troubleshoot and make repairs on any Converting Department production line. This is for production machine problems or minor maintenance repairs.
Must have hand tools to do the job following outline from the operator's tool list.
Must follow all housekeeping and good operating procedures as set down by the American Institute of Baking.
Must be able to change rolls of material using Converting Department equipment in a timely and safe manner.
Must be able to work in a safe manner, keeping their safety and their fellow employee's safety the #1 priority, and following all company work rules and safety requirements.
All paperwork must be done in accordance with company guidelines (including Setup sheets, Quality Control Sheets, and Production sheets.).
To work with and help their packers to keep their production lines running (including making boxes, stacking boxes, packing and labeling product where needed).
Help clean up and organize the Converting Department at eh end of the shift for the on-coming shift. This includes having all machines loaded up with rolls of material, having all trash cans empty and new bags put in, all empty pallets putting pallet storage area.
Work with fellow operators when they need help to keep the shift and department running at the highest possible standard, with the least amount of down-time.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Machinery experience.
Good mechanical abilities.
Math aptitude
Constantly lifts and carries up to 25 lbs. and frequently lifts and carries up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to muti-task
Occasionally pushes up to 100 lbs. and moves up to 900 lbs. using a pallet jack.
Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16th.
Voluntary overtime (in excess of 40 hours per week) as needed.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas pipeline systems to include gathering/residue pipelines, operating compression, dehydration, control systems, electrical generation, and some plant facilities. Presents a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, employees, and the public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assumes the responsibility of operating pipelines and associated equipment such as dehydrators, treating equipment, fluid separating equipment, valves, gas/liquid measurement equipment, pumps, etc. Operating the equipment and system may include, but is not limited to:
· Pigging and/or directing activities to pig pipelines used for natural gas, condensate and produced water gathering.
· Start-up/shutdown of equipment.
· Adjusting controls to bring equipment into recommended or prescribed operating ranges.
· Visually inspecting equipment and controls at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication.
· De-pressuring equipment and pipelines.
· Purging/pressurizing equipment and pipelines.
· Performing pipeline patrols.
· Performing gas leakage surveys.
· Locating and marking underground pipelines and monitor construction activity along the ROW.
· Operating valves.
2. Implements safe work practices and a proactive safety culture while ensuring safety for the employee, the public, and the environment at all times.
3. Keeps Gas Control advised of any operational changes to the pipeline or equipment, as well as any safety related conditions.
4. Ensures regulatory compliance and record keeping requirements are met and continually monitored. The regulations include but are not limited to the Department of Transportation, Railroad Commission, and Operator Qualification plans.
5. Reads, monitors, and records various conditions such as pressures, temperatures, hours of operation, fuel consumed, water levels, and monitors gauges.
6. Performs minor maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to, dehydrators, fluid separating equipment, valves, pumps, etc. Performing minor maintenance on the equipment and system may also include, but is not limited to:
· Monitoring, removing, and replacing filters, oil, chemicals, and other lubricating fluids as needed.
· Remove and replace gaskets as needed.
· Remove and replace valves if necessary.
· Install plugs as necessary.
· Change gauges.
· Maintain sites in clean condition including picking up trash, taking out trash, controlling weeds, minor painting, etc.
· Clean out sight glasses as necessary.
· Change out suction/discharge valves on compressors.
· Change out light bulbs or fuses.
7. Continually meeting the demands and improving upon the needs of our customers.

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe and other basic office software to document operations and to maintain records and drawings relative to the work
Comply with all safety procedures, protocols, and regulations to minimize risk and maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), conducting safety checks, responding to emergencies, follow protocols associated with chemicals, and participating in safety training programs
Here are the skills and qualifications that will set you apart:
Self-motivated and reliable.
Experience in water treatment plant operations
Certified Water or Wastewater operator in the State of Texas
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to use a workstation using computer/phone
Some lifting may be involved (up to 50 lbs.)
When at job sites or fabrication shops, will be required to inspect equipment. This may involve:
Bending, stooping, walking on ladders, walkways/catwalks (may involve heights)
Wearing a safety harness
Exposure to elements: cold, heat, wet, and/or dark
May involve utilizing hands and being around mechanical parts
May be required to be clean shaven and fit tested for proper respiratory equipment
