* Partners with Business Development Manager, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to debrief on staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and business development opportunities
Requirements:
* High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework preferred
* One year work experience in a team environment
* Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
* Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email
* Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have exceptional planning and problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Wage/Salary Information:
$20 - $22 per hour, plus $2000 annual bonus potential

How you make a difference

**Responsibilities for the Client Services Manager:**
+ Provide superior customer service and quality home care
+ Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
+ Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
+ Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
+ Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
+ Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
+ Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
**Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:**
+ Bachelor's degree is required
+ Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
+ Prior supervisory experience a plus
+ Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
+ Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
+ Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:**
+ Education of clinical staff, including oversight of a nurse residency program.
+ Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
+ Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
+ Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
+ Assisting with in-home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
+ Combination of being able to work both with patients and office staff.
**Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:**
+ Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of MO.
+ Minimum three (3) years recent and verifiable hands on experience as an RN or LPN (preferably in home care).
+ At least one (1) year experience in nursing management OR pediatric nursing required.
+ BSN/MSN preferred.
+ Have a Child Abuse Clearance, in states where applicable.
+ Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting is preferred.
+ Strong assessment and organizational skills.
+ Prior supervisory experience with field staff, and experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management is preferred.
+ Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
+ Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
+ Solid communication and PC skills.
