Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Customer Support Engineer (CSE) is primarily responsible for customer service activities that are associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing highly complex capital equipment at customer sites. The Customer Service Engineer represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service. The CSE assures the operational quality of the system equipment and coordinates actions with customers to minimize down-time and may provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site.
Ensure equipment enhances customer production.
Repair and modify equipment at customer facility.
Evaluate equipment to determine type and extend of problem. Repairs involve board-level troubleshooting which can be performed using standard procedures, as well as system level problems which have multiple causes and no standard procedures exist.
Repair of system level issues are based on CSEs technical knowledge, education, and training. Board vs.system level troubleshooting is split ~50/50.
In analyzing and diagnosing equipment issues, CSEs may access and determine a problem exists in customer process such as chemical leaks or contamination and as a result may recommend shutdown of customer fab due to unsafe conditions. CSEs also prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provide documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring issues.
Prepare quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses incurred, and parts needed. CSEs use discretion and assist regional admin in preparing quotes based on reason for equipment failure, time to prepare etc.
Cross train and assist other field service engineers as appropriate. Provides guidance and technical assistance to Installation Engineers on installations at customer sites or on installing/dismantling demonstration machines.
The nature of work requires that CSEs work independently; only occasionally requiring guidance from management. CSEs are required to contact management on a daily basis (at least twice each day in a down tool situation) to report activities. CSEs spend part of their time in the office resolving equipment problems via phone and at least 50% of time at customer site and/or cleanroom factory environment.
Contribute to the Capturing, Re-use, Collaboration, and Improvement of knowledge using available systems.
Desired Qualifications
Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position performs entry-level building maintenance and construction work. Responsible for operations, maintenance, and visitor services at a State Park. Performs all phases of maintenance to facilities, buildings, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. This position is responsible for providing quality weldments to standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to: -
Follows all applicable policies and procedures
Required to work overtime schedule as requested to meet production needs based on established overtime procedures
Fabricates and welds product to production expectations
Read, interpret and execute to engineering drawings of weldments
Understand AWS (American Welding Society) weld symbols
Weld using standard work sequence
Qualify in GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), 2F/2G (Horizontal Welding), 3F/3G (Vertical/Uphill Welding), 4F/4G (Overhead Welding)
Use oxygen/propylene flame straightening/cutting
Use rigging and cranes for movement of weldments
Use andon for identification of variance from standard work
Be available to assist in other areas as needed
Participates in activities and exercises in support of the Caterpillar Production System (CPS) - 5S, kaizen, etc.

Minimum of 12 months of welding experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment or possess a welding certification from an accredited college or institution
Intermediate level of proficiency of reading and interpreting blueprints and layout weld stations to produce defect free work
Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and communicate effectively both oral and written
Basic computer knowledge - Basic knowledge of hand tools and their proper application
Basic knowledge of measuring devices
Intermediate knowledge of blueprint/engineering drawings
Basic math functions - add, subtract, multiply, and divide; ability to use metric measurements
Top Candidates will also have:
Previous experience working with tooling/modular tooling
Additional Information:
Must be able to pass welder qualification requirements during the Caterpillar provided training by a Certified Welding Educator (CWE), Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or approved personnel

The Relationship Banker will be responsible for all customer service duties, sales, and relationship management while reaching or exceeding established goals. They will master First United Bank's delivery process and product knowledge to develop customer relationships by performing the following essential duties.
Essential Duties:
* Maintains a basic knowledge of all First United Bank products, services, procedures, policies and appropriate regulatory issues relating to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy; Fair Lending; Regulation E; deposit, transaction and loan accounts.
* Follows proper procedures accurately and efficiently for all customer-servicing activities performed.
* Retains existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
* Serves as customers' single point of contact on all First United Bank products and services.
* Consistently meets and often exceeds performance goals and actively participate in all sales campaigns; promote new products and services and educate customers and peers within the bank.
* Participates in all meetings, banks functions, and customer appreciation/community events as requested or assigned by supervisor.
* Consistently meet customer service expectations by offering excellent service, including greeting customers, smiling, using their name and building rapport with customers designed to generate customer loyalty.
* Identifies and match customer product needs with First United Bank products and services by interviewing customers and discussing their financial needs including making referrals to other staff members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
* Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, and all other ancillary products offered by the bank; answers customer questions, provides account opening information, and ensures that proper paperwork is completed and entered on the computer system.
* Assist customers with routine questions and requests: balance inquiries, temporary statements, check copies, stop payments, holds, online banking, ACH, automatic funds transfer, direct deposit, wire processing, coin processing, notary services, and privacy.
* Serves customers by processing a variety of transactions quickly with minimal or no errors according to established First United Bank policies and procedures; including but not limited to: accepting checks for cash and deposit; money orders, savings bonds, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, accepting and processing payments for loans and other services.
* Maintains appropriate drawer limits, perform cash versifications and vault duties.
* Verifies all transactions, places holds as appropriate and proves cash drawer upon completion of assigned shift to ensure compliance with First United Bank standards policies. Seeks assistance as needed to resolve proof discrepancies.
* Proactively resolve customer complaints, problems, or other issues.
* Reviews and resolves account issues listed in insufficient and exception reports on daily basis: assists customers with account charge-off repayment plans.
* Performs security functions by opening and closing bank and vault, and ensuring overall safety and security of bank grounds.
* Masters the Primary Purpose and Essential duties of the Relationship Banker I position.
Employee Specifications:
* High School Diploma strongly preferred. Some college is strongly preferred.
* One year of retail experience is preferred.
* Cash handling experience is preferred.
* Superior customer service skills required.
* Basic mathematics to solve problems.
* Requires being exact or highly accurate with daily work.
* Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate with customers and co-workers.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, without close supervisor.
* Ability to use good judgment and exercise decision-making skills.
* Critical Thinking - requires logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
