Key Responsibilities
Advanced Diagnostics and Repair:Utilize diagnostic software for engine and transmission issues. Perform intricate repairs on engines (e.g., injectors, cylinder heads, bearings) and transmissions (e.g., sensors, solenoids). Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including advanced hydraulic formulas and calculations

Requirements
Experience:3 to 5 years in the Oil & Gas Industry with advanced skills in industrial engine and transmission repair. Allison transmission 9000 series experience, twin disc TA90-8501 experience, and/or Cummins high horse power experience preferred.
Skills:Advanced tool set, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting

Job DescriptionSalary: $25 per hour + based on experience
Teardown, Repair, and Assemble mining equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnosis & Inspection: Inspect machinery to identify issues, Troubleshoot, and diagnose complex fitment issues.
Repairs & Maintenance: Repair or replace worn components. Assemble and install new mechanical parts or accessories.
Customer Interaction & Documentation: Communicate with customers to understand issues and explain repair needs. Maintain detailed records of all services, repairs, and parts used.
Comply with all safety, quality (ISO), and company policies.
Effectively communicate with supervisor and other shop team members.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
Math and reading dimensional drawings.
Proficiently use measuring instruments with an emphasis on detail
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
