Pay rates will be salaried and are anticipated to be in the range of $100,000-$150,000 commensurate with experience. Qualified candidates for the Mechanical Engineering Manager position will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: BS in Mechanical Engineering Required 5+ years of experience with the engineering and design of CNC machinery: machine frames, enclosures, tool changers, materials, motion controls, hydraulics / pneumatics, etc. Solid knowledge of budgets, quotes, and scheduling for Machine Assembly Projects. Experience with managing teams of Engineers and Designers. Travel will likely be in the 10-25% overnight range, typically shorter durations of trips and on the lower side of the range. This is a customer facing role. Must be authorized to work in the United States (no student visas or sponsorship candidates considered), and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
