This is a full-time position within the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
The purpose of simulated clinical experiences and learning lab experiences is to prepare nurses to respond to the increasingly complex health care needs of individuals, families and communities. Innovative simulation and skill-based learning experiences are needed to enhance safe, effective, evidence-based practice for nursing students. In collaboration with faculty, the learning lab coordinator will be responsible for the establishment of centralized processes and procedures related to the nursing simulation/learning lab.
Responsibilities:
* Support student skill development and create opportunities that enhance current use of simulation to support continuous improvement and growth of skills and student critical thinking.
* Create and develop opportunities to provide individual student remediation as requested by faculty.

Position Purpose
The Clinical and Simulation Coordinator is a vital member of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) education team, responsible for facilitating education through medical simulation through high-quality, immersive learning experiences that reinforce paramedic theory, clinical skills, and professional readiness across Paramedic levels. Minimum Qualifications
