Prep charts and manage the daily appointment schedule. Maintain a clean and organized patient exam area. Communicate patient status and needs to clinicians. Assist with patient check-out and follow-up duties. Perform both clinical and administrative duties, including referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and phone calls. Requirements: DOH Certified MA (CMA or MA-C). BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
