Minimum of one year of experience in instruction/teaching of softball skill development in technique and skill acquisition OR one year of experience as a middle school or high school teacher, demonstrating ability to create lesson plans and evaluate skills progression. Ability to recruit student athletes and create an atmosphere conducive to student success in academics, personal development, and athletics.
