About the Position We are looking to hire a Full Time Night shift On Call Mental Health Associate at our programs in the Lane County area, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon. These position works as a member of a direct care team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Primary responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques. Demonstrates awareness of co-occurring disorders and chronic conditions and how each impacts patient outcomes and care. SPECIFIC DUTIES MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR: Assess the nature and extent of client's MH and COD presenting problem, formulate a plan for service that addresses MH and COD issues and their impact on client's interaction, and ensure complete and timely documentation pursuant to OAR 309.019.0140.
