If you have a special niche, and are wanting to find a place where you can build an established client base in an outpatient setting, MySpectrum will create a home for you. **Instead of worrying about building your own private practice, we will do that for you while offering a team setting for clinical collaboration.** Some of the aspects of being in private practice that we will take care of for you at MySpectrum include: Credentialing with insurance carriers Billing (you get paid on a bi-weekly basis regardless of if we do) Office space in a renovated building in North Chesterfield Marketing Use of an electronic health record for documentation of sessions Therapy tools (books, toys, etc.,) Paid training Collaboration with other clinical professionals Flexible Schedule; option to work hybrid (both in office and remote) with administrative support throughout the week Job Summary: The Outpatient Therapist will provide outpatient therapy in an office and virtual setting. The standard caseload for full-time Therapists will be approximately 30 client sessions per week. We recognize that it may take time to build a solid caseload and are willing to work with you on a part-time basis until you become full-time. Since the primary responsibility will be to provide clinical services to clients, MySpectrum will seek to offer the most effective tools to do so. We have completely renovated the office space, and offer a play/art room, room for groups, and administrative support. Qualifications & Skills: Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels Experience with play therapy, family therapy, and child therapy practices, models, and methods of treatment Experience working with diverse populations Benefits and Perks: The office hours available for you to create your schedule are 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-7:00pm on Fridays.
