Job Responsibilities: Supports the Factory Operations team in execution of daily operations based activities for the assembly, test, inspection, repair, and rework of electronic assemblies in an AS9100 registered facility Supports the development, communication, execution, and risk mitigation of the production schedule Ensures that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner Monitors production performance, identify areas of improvement, and supports corrective actions as needed Ensures that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety, and quality standards, and documented/approved processes Creates, reviews, and updates documented procedures as needed for Factory Operations Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assists with training of production staff in the use of equipment and execution of assembly and/or test processes Monitor inventory levels of shop floor consumables and KANBAN items - ensure proper stock rotation Prepares purchase requisitions for materials used within factory operations May build/assemble products as required to support production demand / deliverables Supports activities in Materials / Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, Shipping / Receiving, and/or Manufacturing Engineering as needed Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
