Assist departments with administrative aspects of recruiting including postings, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Membership & Program Support Provide administrative support to the Membership Department including data entry, reporting, documentation, and process coordination. Assist with membership-related communications, records, and internal requests as needed. Support cross-department collaboration to enhance member and staff experience. General Administration Perform routine administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and mail distribution. Support staff events, trainings, and organizational initiatives. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with YMCA policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum two years of administrative or business office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn YMCA systems (HRIS, DAXKO). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Effective written and verbal communication skills. CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING CPR/First Aid within 60 days of hire. Completion of required YMCA compliance training.
