PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to crisis service requests including in-person, phone calls, web-based communication and messages made to YWCA 24-hour crisis services and screen all communication for immediate needs and provide supportive listening and service linkage. Assess potential shelter clients for eligibility and provide alternate options for those who cannot be accommodated. Provides support in shelter to ensure 24-hour coverage; including, intake paperwork, general shelter oversight, and other duties as needed.
