The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees all manufacturing operations, including bath bomb production, packaging, labeling, inventory control, and sublimination production. This role leads the department team, plans and prioritizes daily/weekly work based on demand, maintains accurate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, and ensures products are produced, packaged, and staged accurately and on time. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for enforcing safety and quality standards, maintaining SOPs, improving processes, and providing regular reporting to management on production, inventory, and team performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
Oversee all manufacturing processes from raw material staging through finished goods completion.
Coordinate daily/weekly production activities to meet demand, schedules, and customer needs.
Ensure equipment, workstations, and processes support safe, efficient production.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to drive productivity and reduce waste.
