A Day in the RoleMorning: Set the Governance Rhythm
Engage as the primary PEC interface to SCADA/BMS/EPMS subcontractors.
Confirm that Division 25 and SCADA configuration/implementation tasks align to EOR-issued drawings, standards, and specifications.
Track progress and deliverables against the master schedule; enforce scope, schedule, quality, safety, and documentation commitments.
Midday: Guard the Scope Boundaries
Validate that subcontractor activity is limited to configuration, implementation, integration, monitoring, visualization, alarming, and data presentation as defined by contract.
