Ability to use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, etc. Responsible for keeping vehicles clean, maintained, and completing daily vehicle inspections prior to operating. Responsible for keeping delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and monies collected secure at all times. Pick up customer returns, i.e., new, warranty, cores, etc. and fill out driver return slip. Communicate any problems or special needs from customers to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage to store manager immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock and secure vehicle at end of day's business. Clock in/out according to company policy. Other additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking and straightening stock, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, checking in and putting up stock orders, etc. May occasionally assist customers, serve as a cashier, and/or help with merchandising tasks, when business dictates. (i.e.: phones, sales and service) All other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt (hourly) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accomplishes all tasks assigned by the Diving Supervisor. If they are assigned a task that they do not consider themself qualified for, by either training and/or experience, they shall immediately inform the Diving Supervisor. Reads, understands, and complies with all Phoenix policies and with applicable government regulations as they relate to their qualifications or performance while engaging in diving operations. Complies with regulations or instructions concerning the use, maintenance, repair, and testing of all diving equipment provided for the operation. Reports to the Diving Supervisor any recent medical treatment or illness so that a proper determination can be made concerning their fitness to dive. Immediately reports all symptoms or suspected symptoms as early and accurately as possible. Reports to the Diving Supervisor any defect or malfunction of the diving equipment provided for the diving operation. Follows safe diving practices at all times during the diving operation whether on deck or in the water. Brings to the attention of the Diving Supervisor any questionable items. Remains alert for the safety of others. Assists in the training of new personnel or tenders. Ensures that their diving equipment has been correctly maintained, prepared, and tested before each dive. This requirement should never be delegated to others. Ensures their medical certificates are up-to-date and recorded in their logbook. Presents their logbook to the Diving Supervisor on every job. Maintains current certification in first aid and CPR.
