Job Title: Planner (CSR Planner)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract Duration: 1-year contract with potential for conversion
The CSR Planner will support a highly technical manufacturing environment by managing customer orders, coordinating production and delivery activities, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role operates within an engineering-focused factory setting where instrumentation materials are manufactured onsite.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and internal systems
Interpret customer requests and assign orders to appropriate internal team members
Coordinate activities with internal departments including Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Distribution, and Field Service
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, production timelines, delivery schedules, and billing
Handle customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure positive resolution and strong relationships
Perform order maintenance, corrections, and processing for both order-based and proposal-based requests
Provide product information, including basic technical details when needed
Proactively identify and resolve issues to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Maintain and utilize data across multiple systems including SAP, Quote-to-Cash tools, intranet/extranet portals, shared drives, and external customer platforms
