EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity (e.g., Senior or Lead Developer), with a proven track record of mentoring developers, reviewing code, and leading technical projects. * Note: Exceptional candidates with 8+ years of total development experience and proven informal leadership are encouraged to apply.
