DESCRIPTION OF WORK Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing team provides 24-hour care, seven days per week, under the direct supervision of a licensed professional supervisor. As a Nurse Aide, you will deliver person-centered support by following individualized care plans, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal hygiene. This includes bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect. You will also be responsible for transporting and escorting residents to outside appointments as necessary.
