A. / Transportation PRofessional Job Description Department Assisted Living (ALC) & Skilled Nursing (DSH) Reports to Assisted Living Administrator and DSH Administrator Position Purpose The ALC & DSH CNA/Transportation Professional supports Villagers during medical appointments by advocating for their needs, assisting with the appointment process, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. This role ensures Villagers receive the necessary support while respecting their autonomy in healthcare choices.
