Why you should apply for this position today: - Create an exceptional living experience for our cherished residents - Make a positive impact on their lives every day - Develop essential life skills such as patience, empathy, and effective communication - Form genuine connections with our residents Skills we are looking for: - Excellent communication skills - Strong ability to provide physical and emotional support - Ability to work in a team and assist other team members Responsibilities: - Assisting with care needs, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting - Encouraging resident involvement within the community - Maintaining cleanliness of the environment through light housekeeping - Assessing for changes in resident condition and communicating immediately to supervisor - Completing all required documentation and charting - Communicating professionally with families, support services, and coworkers - Complying with safety and health standards, including infection control procedures - Assisting other team members with their duties - Performing other assigned duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED - Experience working with the elderly preferred - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Must be 18 years old - Reliable transportation Daily Pay, access your pay when you need it
