Job DescriptionDescriptionCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician (PCT) Day & Night Shifts available and you can set your own schedule! We have plenty of work for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) at the National Institute of Research (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. CNAs with Maryland Certification are eligible on these positions.
Day Shifts are 7am -7:30pm
Night Shifts are 7pm-7:30am
Make your own schedule - never any on-call requirements!
Float to different units serving different acuity patients who are all on research protocols & treatments and need constant observation and help with ADLs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent care to patients
Respond to call lights
Assist nurses on unit
Answer phones and do light administrative duties
Transport patients
Perform ADLs, Accu-checks, bladder scans, administer medications, chart
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA/PCT in a hospital setting Certification:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current unrestricted Maryland CNA certification
