The SUD Programs Director oversees all SUD programs at the facility. SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM DIRECTOR (LCSW, LPC, LCDP) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or other similar degree that leads to a clinical license. Must hold a Delaware clinical license - i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDP or equivalent. Certification in chemical dependency (i.e., Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor - CADC, CAADC) or certified co-occurring disorder professional (CCDP) Must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience leading a substance use disorder treatment program. This experience must include administrative duties and direct responsibility for oversight of the program. Preference for a candidate with at least two years' experience working in a Therapeutic Community (TC) environment. Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
