Tactica Solutions is seeking experienced and qualified individuals for part-time Security Assistant roles at Fort Gordon. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in security operations, office administration, and access control within secure environments.
Typical Job Duties and Tasks:
Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files; security applications e.g., DISS, ATARRS, ACCS.
Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Conduct access control, conduct entry/exit inspections of equipment, furniture, supplies, book bags, handbags, briefcases and related items to prevent the introduction of prohibited items, hazardous materials and other items not authorized for use in the classified areas at SCIF and collateral facilities.
Escort un-cleared personnel, guest, or other personnel at the discretion of the security managers and SSO.
Prepare, process, and/or review incoming/outgoing Visitor Certification Request for accuracy and access eligibility.
Conduct opening/closing of all facilities. Conduct end of day security checks.
Document security related activities and report them to the military police and the SSO/SSR/Security Manager as outlined in the SOP. This documentation includes maintaining a journal of results of checks of access control points, IDS checks, alarm conditions, alarm responses and results, and any incidents occurring by shift.
Assist in the enforcement of the SOP, Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD Security Regulations for all personnel within the SCIFs. Notify the Staff of any security violation, infractions, and /or practices dangerous to security.
Conduct clearance eligibility and access verifications using Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Web Application, or other official approved systems/methods.
Open and Close facilities as directed by the SSO.
Assist with and operate the access control and Intrusion detection system (IDS) within each secure location, monitor security zones, status and alarm conditions, conduct alarm checks, report interior and perimeter alarm conditions as outlined in the SOP.
Assist with security indoctrinations, read-ons, debriefs, security briefings, clearance verification memos, Security Clearance Access Roster (SCARs), Visitor access logs, and any other additional security related task.

Job Summary
First line supervisor for the patrol officers and the assistant to the Lieutenant for coordinating the operations of the patrol shift. Performs same law enforcement duties as a patrol officer. Daily reviews of the performance of the patrol officers are performing their tasks correctly, and department policies and procedures are followed. Instructing, coordinating, and maintaining training for all officers on the assigned shift are also key tasks for this position. * Reviews and daily approves written incident reports regarding crimes and calls for service with 100% accuracy
* Performs annual, monthly, weekly, and daily assessments of the performance of officers and prepares written evaluation reports regarding their progress with 100% accuracy
* Reviews, maintains and prepares shift training records within 95% accuracy
* Performs the duties of a police (peace) officer as necessary with 95% accuracy. Prepares written incident reports regarding crimes and services with 100% accuracy
* Monitors and reviews the activities of the patrol officers by performing the necessary supervisory functions. Responsible for directing and instructing officers while at accident scenes, during incidents in progress, and during patrol investigations. * Responsible for making all appropriate emergency notifications using Jagwire Alert for emergency situations as directed by the event, by Senior University Officials or by policies and procedures of the University. If the Sergeant is the ranking individual on the scene, the Sergeant is responsible for making decisions in emergency situations to protect the lives and property of students, faculty, staff, visitors, patients, and police personnel.
* Perform mandatory reporting and response duties as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) pursuant to the Clery Act.

Objective: The Junior Intelligence Analyst will support the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) in execution of its mission to provide: (a) operational intelligence and security forces; (b) conducting and synchronizing worldwide Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and security operations; (c) delivering linguist support and intelligence; and (d) other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition Commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community. Moreover, the Junior Intelligence Analyst will support the broader contract mission objectives to:
Operationalize OSINT for the Department of the Army and for the Intelligence Community including defense, civilian, and partner nation intelligence organizations;
Inform and implement Army policy as well as provide access to, training for, and management and oversight of enterprise-approved OSINT capabilities for the Army and the broader Intelligence Community;
Provide OSINT capabilities that meet the Army's demands and requirements;
Provide OSINT or Publicly Available Information (PAI) research collection, dissemination, curation, capabilities, operations, and training support.
Candidates applying to this position should anticipate responsibilities such as:
Conduct basic research, data collection, and initial analysis of intelligence information from multiple classified and unclassified sources.
Support production of intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments in line with INSCOM and DoD standards.
Monitor, organize, and maintain intelligence databases, tools, and repositories.
Assist in identifying intelligence gaps and support senior analysts in developing collection requirements.
Provide support for indications and warnings (I&W) analysis, threat assessments, and situational awareness products.
Contribute to intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) and all-source analysis processes.
Collaborate with senior analysts, military personnel, and interagency partners to ensure accuracy and relevance of intelligence products.
Participate in intelligence meetings, working groups, and training to build tradecraft knowledge and mission expertise.
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
Familiarity with the intelligence cycle, INSCOM's mission, and basic analytic tradecraft.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn classified intelligence systems and databases.
Ability to work in a team environment, follow direction, and adapt to evolving mission requirements.
Preferred:
Experience working with intelligence community (IC) databases and reporting systems.
Preferred:
Basic functional knowledge (e.g., counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, near-peer threats).
Preferred:
Previous internship, contract, or military experience supporting DoD or IC organizations.
Certifications, Training, & Education:
