PAY, HIRING BONUS, AND MOVING ALLOWANCE The City of Yuma follows a 10-step pay plan ranging from $30.1539 - $42.4903 per hour. The offered amount will be determined by those factors. There is a sign on bonus up to $10,000 payable over the course of a two-year period.
