Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements. Prepare/maintain accurate catalog drawings and digital library for website. Work closely with Division Engineer, Sales, Production and Quality Control to ensure the product is built according to the latest part or shop drawings.
Job Locations
This position will be located at our plant in Nampa, ID.
Job Responsibilities
Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting
Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production
Adhere to customer (Internal and External) volumes, timelines and expectations
Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate catalog drawings from existing and new products for production and Quality Control
Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for existing/new products as needed for sales staff and special drawings for plant projects as needed
Update/maintain digital database, i.e. Autodesk vault, cloud server, hard-copies and engineering documents
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor
High school diploma or equivalent required/Associates Degree preferred
Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches, construction, and civil plans
Ability to review and understand contract drawings and specifications
Proficient in all Microsoft Office
Basic mathematical skills
Must be detail orientated and able to handle several projects at once with minimum help or guidelines from department from start to finish

Summary
This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of a front end loader to fill batch bins with material. Some shovel work under the bins may be required.

As the master scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, production, logistics, and service teams to address the needs of our customers. * Use ERP software to set weekly production schedule taking into consideration type of order, demand feed, and production capacity
* Collaborate with sales, supply chain and production operations to schedule and prioritize daily customer shipments

* Oversee daily customer order fulfillment and ensure scheduled orders are shipped on time
* Research and reconcile discrepancies noted during the cycle count process; complete journal entries to correct inventory levels within ERP system
* Utilize ERP system and production operations to research root cause of any issues preventing orders from being fulfilled and drive corrective actions
* Manages inventory levels and allocations for production facility

Position Overview
The primary function of the Trucking Superintendent Apprentice role is to direct and coordinate activities leading to delivery of company products. This position is considered a working hourly position and may require occasional equipment operating along with labor.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
* Direct and coordinate, through subordinate personnel, activities concerned with delivery of aggregates, and asphalt, utilizing knowledge of production technology, methods and procedures and capabilities of machinery and equipment.
* Assure compliance with all regulatory mandates, company policies and procedures governing worker safety and plant operation.
* Confer with management personnel to establish schedule and quality delivery control standards, and cost controls.
* Plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
* Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance and operational reports to determine causes of non-conformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
* Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate problems, improve product quality and assure the operational status of company plants does not affect production of material for customers.
* Maintain and improve the appearance of company property and facilities.
* Responsible for ensuring operating cost are within budgeted amounts
Qualifications

Education/Experience
* Education: High School Graduate
* Experience: 3-5 years supervisory experience in transportation operations.
Work Requirements
* This position directly supervises the trucking department.
* Communicate with customers, and other company departments as required to assure the safe, accurate and timely delivery of company products and service.
* Communicate with Management on any subordinate commendations, disciplinary actions, operational deficiencies, QC issues, productivity issues or unusual purchase requirements.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements
* Knowledge: Supervisory experience in transportation, computer skills, regulations governing areas of responsibilities. Familiarity with, OSHA, EPA, and State and Federal procedures, practices and specifications as they relate to QC and production activities.
* Decisions involving the above responsibilities are encountered on a day to day basis. The Trucking Superintendent is expected to rely on professional judgment to make decisions while working. Decisions regarding changes in company policy or major deviations in standard company operating procedures will require the approval of the Operations Manager or General Manager.

Summary

Position Overview
The Batch Plant Operator is responsible for controlling production and load out of materials produced in the batch plant, as well as for scheduling and ensuring timely delivery of supplies to the plant to perform duties in conjunction with dispatch loading instructions. * Maintain time and material records.
* Ability to understand appropriate uses of various mix designs.
* Ability to test concrete for conformance with mix design and specification.
* Ability to conduct moisture tests, yield calculation and yield adjustment of mix designs for conformance with mix designs and specifications.

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for the inventory control of all finished goods and ensuring inventory accuracy. In addition, the ideal candidate will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies. Maintain and implement yard organization plan for storage of product. Train staff to develop and achieve all work objectives and evaluate performance on a regular basis. Ensure proper handling of all materials and store it appropriately. Support yard and dispatch teams with loading/unloading of shipments, quality control of products, and computer SAP paperwork.
Job Responsibilities
* Maintain the yard in an orderly fashion.
* Ensure all products are stored in correct location and dunnage is properly placed.
* Work closely with the production team to determine items ready for delivery.
* Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory and OPC items.
* Assist in locating items in the yard.
* Operating forklifts.
* Identify and report to management slow-moving inventory and obsolete material.
* See to proper inventory to ensure customers' demands are met in the most efficient manner obtainable.
* Work with cross-functional teams in the plant to ensure continuity and streamlined processes related to material handling, inventory control, and valid documentation.
* Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
* Coordinate daily delivery schedules with Dispatch based on sales request for product and product availability.
* Assist Dispatch with checking loads for accuracy and signing off on delivery receipts.
* Verify all loads are loaded and dunnage is properly placed.
* Enter dispatch paperwork into the computer using our SAP system.
Job Requirements
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
* Ability to work under limited supervision.
* Inventory control experience.
* Forklift experience.
* AX/SAP experience preferred.
* Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Position Overview
Duties and responsibilities include inspecting vehicles with diesel engines and making sure that all of the moving engine parts, as well as any other moving parts in the vehicle, are lubricated with grease or other recommended lubricant. You also check vehicle fluid levels, change oil, replace oil and air filters, visually inspect belts and hoses for signs of wear, and inspect for other repairs that may be required.

* Perform routine vehicle maintenance (change oil and filter, lubrication, coolant, and fuel).
* Analyzes malfunctions and report the need for further diagnostics or repair to shift lead or shop foreman.

This is a skilled position requiring the individual to manage a variety of functions related to the trucking operations within the Treasure Valley Transportation Department. Trucking Foreman will be responsible for coordinating the efficient utilization of trucking resources and personnel and regular reports reflecting status of the transportation process.

Prepare/maintain accurate catalog drawings and digital library for website. * Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting
* Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production
* Adhere to customer (Internal and External) volumes, timelines and expectations
* Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate catalog drawings from existing and new products for production and Quality Control
* Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for existing/new products as needed for sales staff and special drawings for plant projects as needed
* Update/maintain digital database, i.e. Autodesk vault, cloud server, hard-copies and engineering documents
* Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements
* 2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor
* High school diploma or equivalent required/Associates Degree preferred
* Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches, construction, and civil plans
* Ability to review and understand contract drawings and specifications
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office
