Location: Arkadelphia, AR bakery In this role you will: Responsible for setting up operation of bakery equipment and manufacturing line, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products per production guidelines. Ensures compliance with Production/Packaging procedure/practices as well as inspecting all areas within one (1) line/equipment for any operational and/or mechanical issues. Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager as soon as possible. Complete and submit reports throughout the day regarding production. Visually inspects product for quality and quantity. Monitoring runs and performing basic troubleshooting on our Bakery equipment. Support quality control programs to ensure production procedures follow best practices of food safety and quality standards. Understands and complies with all safety procedures that apply to daily operations. Work safely; follow proper lock out/tag out procedure where applicable. Maintains a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policy, 5S SOP, SSOP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation. Responsible for disassembly and sanitization of bakery equipment to meet all food safety requirements and guidelines. May perform other duties not listed.
