Full-time Description Purpose of Function: This role primarily operates CNC lathes, running parts according to engineering drawings and responsible for certification. but you'll also receive cross-training to support other manufacturing areas. Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities: Main Tasks: Review production orders to verify correct specifications Set up lathe and operate per specifications Maintain all logs Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe work environment Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment Assist in manufacturing processes as directed Assist in engineering processes as directed Perform a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the business, including cross-functional support Requirements Function Requirements: (education, experience, competences, etc) The Lathe technician should have a high school degree or equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing technician role, following work instructions and using a lathe is required. Salary Description $18.00 per hour
