EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY FOR WORK PREPARATION: High school diploma or GED, experience in the operation of heavy automotive and construction equipment, and a combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must possess a valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement or must obtain your CDL permit within 180 days and a CDL license with tanker endorsement within one year of your hire date. If you fail to achieve either part of this requirement your employment will be terminated. 11. Will require good eye, hand, and foot coordination. Will need to pass the company forklift training. Required to read and interpret scales. Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust the weight and timing of baler and various other simple maintenance problems. Requires the ability to do simple math calculations.
